Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any opened cosmetic product due to hygiene considerations or vouchers purchased as these are not redeemable for a cash value. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will not accept returns after 30 days from receipt and will not accept returns of goods that have been opened or worn or where any original labels are no longer intact. We will check all items thoroughly before sending each order and we suggest customers check each item before opening or removing any original labels.
Refunds will be actioned via PayFast for the purchase within 7 working days of us receiving the returned items. The refund will include the full value of the items returned including VAT (if applicable) but excluding postage charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
