We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48hrs and post your order to you using Aramex. In some instances please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If we cannot fulfil any order within this time period we will contact you. For items in stock, orders placed before 12 noon on a weekday generally be dispatched that day. Orders received after mid-day will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received after 12.00pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (with the exception of Public Holidays where they will be dispatched the following Tuesday).
As our systems are automated please do not ask us to change or add to your order once it has been confirmed.
Prices charged include vat at the current rate (RSA).

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays in which case we will always try to call you in advance. If your order hasn’t arrived 21 days after the estimated delivery date, please e-mail us or call us and we’ll do our best to locate it
